Choose Membership
The SSA has two types of membership: A Full Membership and a Friend Membership. Full members receive all society updates, may display their artwork in society exhibitions, attend painting days, talks, and demonstrations, and can vote. Friends receive society updates and may attend painting days, talks, and demonstrations, but cannot display artwork in society exhibitions or vote.
Full Membership costs £40 per year, payable after your application has been accepted following adjudication. The annual renewal date is 1st January each year. Friend Membership costs £20 per year.
Adjudications usually take place three or four times a year, depending on the quantity of applications.
